By placing an order with Noemi Professional, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Return Window
Noemi Professional offers a 14-day return window from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier. Return requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

In original packaging

In resalable condition

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Opened, used, tampered with, or partially used products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes products that have been opened, tested, patch tested, or used in any capacity. Due to the professional nature of our products and hygiene regulations, all sales on opened products are final.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, you must notify Noemi Professional within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Failure to contact us within this 7-day period will result in the order being deemed accepted as delivered, and no replacement or refund will be issued.
Upon verification, Noemi Professional will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and will ship the correct item. The incorrect product must be returned before or concurrently with shipment of the replacement.
Stock Availability & Backorder Issues
In the rare event that an item becomes out of stock or unavailable after an order has been placed, Noemi Professional will contact the customer via email and/or phone using the contact information provided at checkout.
Customers will have 48 hours from the time of contact to respond with their preferred resolution. If no response is received within this 48-hour window, Noemi Professional reserves the right to:

Refund the unavailable item(s), and

Ship the remaining portion of the order without further delay.
Noemi Professional is not responsible for delays caused by out-of-stock items once the 48-hour response window has passed.
Damaged or Defective Items
All orders must be inspected upon delivery. Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery and may require photo documentation.
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may be denied.
Returns Due to Customer Error

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Noemi Professional does not offer direct exchanges. If an item is eligible for return, it must be returned first. Once approved, the customer may place a new order for the desired item. Additional shipping charges apply.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus:

Gift Cards
Gift cards issued by Noemi Professional:

Noemi Professional is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
